Zumba Dance at
Jims Gym
Zumba Dance is Coming in August on Thursdays.
Dance. Sweat. Smile. Repeat.
Get ready to turn up the music and leave your worries at the door! Zumba is a fun, high-energy fitness class that combines easy-to-follow dance moves with upbeat Latin and international music. Whether you're taking your very first class or you're a seasoned dancer, Zumba is designed for every fitness level.
You don't need rhythm—you just need the willingness to move and have fun. Every class feels more like a dance party than a workout, helping you burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, increase endurance, and boost your mood along the way.

My name is Val Long
I am the mother of 26 year old twin boys and married for 37 years to my hubby, Bobby Long. We are native Arkansans but love Midwest living and all it has to offer! I began a nutrition and fitness journey over 33 years ago and discovered that with the proper fuel and regular exercise, we have the ability to thrive at any age! Through 10 years experience as a personal trainer, I developed a passion for helping people reach their personal fitness goals. If I have one piece of advice it is this: KEEP MOVING!
