Women’s Self-Defense
At Jim’s Gym in Black River Falls, our Women’s Self-Defense classes are designed to empower you with skills that really work in everyday life. We focus on teaching simple, effective techniques that don’t require strength or prior experience—moves you can rely on when it matters most. Alongside the physical skills, you’ll also build mental awareness and confidence so you can recognize, avoid, and handle challenging situations.
Our classes are supportive, encouraging, and open to women of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to feel safer walking alone, wanting to build confidence, or simply interested in learning something new, you’ll find a safe and welcoming environment here. With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll leave each session not only stronger and more prepared, but also with a greater sense of control over your own safety.

Kickboxing for Adults
Kickboxing at Jim’s Gym in Black River Falls is an energizing workout that blends martial arts techniques with high-intensity cardio. You’ll punch, kick, and move your way through each session, building strength, stamina, and confidence along the way.
No prior experience is needed—our instructors guide you step by step, making sure you’re comfortable while still pushing you to reach your goals. Every class is designed to challenge your body, sharpen your focus, and leave you feeling stronger than when you walked in. From stress relief to fitness gains, kickboxing is a full-body workout that keeps you motivated and coming back for more.
Classes are Wed & Fri at 5:30pm and Saturday 10:30am
Cost is $16.00 per class, or Unlimited Monthly at $160/mo
